About Us
In the Spring of 2006 Waffle Brothers started to research and develop a Liege Waffle recipe. After taking many street waffle recipes from Belgium, importing authentic “sugar nibs”, a good year-and-a-half testing recipes…we FINALLY came up with the “one”! What we now call the “Original Waffle”! We currently have four(4) Waffles to choose from: Original, Traditional, Gluten-Free Original and our Cranapple Muffin (Vegan).
In the Summer of 2007, we brought our Original Waffle to the streets of Denver, Colorado. We attended all the Fairs, Festivals and Farmers markets that we could handle to present our new Waffle to Denver! Our process paid off and we opened our 1st Waffle cart on the 16th Street Mall. After much encouragement we opened our first brick and mortar location in the Spring of 2010.
Waffle Brothers currently has two locations in Denver (more to come).
Our stores sell 30 plus toppings, Breakfast Sandwiches, Breakfast Plates, Gourmet Sandwiches, Expresso/Coffee Drinks (as well as other cold drinks). We have a Keto plate, Gluten Free and Vegan options.
Our 1707 Pub Style Lafayette location sells Beer, Wine, Mimosas and Fried Products including: Tenders, Wings, Fries, and Brussel Sprouts.
